En-route to Dambulla, you may visit Pinnawala Elephant Rehabilitation Center. This place is mainly established to look after the wounded elephants that have been found in the jungles. Take the opportunity to feed them and give them a bath at a nearby river.
Upon arrival at Dambulla, you’ll enjoy a wonderful cultural village tour while exploring the beautiful countryside. It is a great opertunity to get close to qunique local culture & life style of Sri Lankan people. It will start with a Tuk Tuk ride, one of the most famous transportation systems in Sri Lanka. While on the tour you will also enjoy a canoeing boat ride across the lake and a cart ride before reaching the farmer’s house where you will experience the typical Sri Lankan countryside hospitality.
Afternoon, you may visit Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE), since it’s the best time to witness and capture the beautiful scenery of sunset from the sumit. King Kasyapa (477 – 495 AD) built his palace on the top of this rock and decorated its sides with colorful frescoes. Known as one of the wonders of the world due to the amazing architecture & technology being used.
Overnight stay in a nature-frendly resort at Dambulla.

Early morning, join with the Pidurangala Rock hike to witness and take pictures of the sunrise (optional activity).
After breakfast, you might visit the Royal Cave Temple and the Golden Buddha Statue (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE). Dambulla has the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. It is also characterized by white sands and coconut palms growing right from the edge of the sea as if in imitation of a postcard of the perfect tropical beach.

Early in the morning when it’s still cool and misty out there, you may drive down to the Yala National Park. Upon arrival could jump into a 4×4 jeep ride and go for wildlife game drive searching for leopards hanging on trees or whispering through the bushes, crocodiles patrolling the river or wild elephants drinking water at the river under the morning sunrise.
Thereafter proceed to Dickwella Beach, En-route, stop at Hummanaya Natural blowhole.
Upon arrival at your hotel, you may grab a towel to relax on the beach while enjoying a cocktail or a chill beer under the shade of a palm tree.

Thereafter proceed to Galle, En-route stop at Matara to witness and take pictures of the most famous Sri Lankan stilt Fishermen.

Historical Galle Lighthouse stands proudly on the southeast tip of the fort.
Afternoon, you’ll visit a turtle hatchery center where baby turtles learn to take their first swim and injured adults are rehabilitated back into the ocean.

  • Truly one of the best trips I’ve ever had. It was my first time ever doing a solo trip. Himanshu gave us an itinerary and a list of good traveling tips for Egypt months in advance. He is very organized and responsive so I never had any concerns. Everything was already taken care of. All I had to do was show up. The scenes in Egypt were breathtaking and I saw places that I never thought I’d see.

Just finished 7 day hike to Mont Blanc. What a trip!! Great combination of wonderful hike and gorgeous scenery!! We... met in Geneva and started hike from Les Houches, France and finished at Le Tour. Went through France, Italy and Swiss portions of Alps. We have seen and crossed Glaciers, Rocky mountains, lush green valleys and peaks!! The weather was absolutely gorgeous except one day it rained with pea size hail for about 7 minutes which made it more interesting. Spent nights in Refugio, hotels and hostels. Food was very good with varieties. I had Veal steak, Raclette, Scalopini, Chicken Cacciatore, Fondue. Phillipe, our Mont Blanc trekking guide was very passionate and knowledgeable about Alps including every peak, plants, trees. He was very intuitive of people's level and helped us pace so we all finished trekking safely. Couldn't have ask for a better guide. The trip was excellent and the price was even better 👌read more

Took the chasing slot canyons trip. The slot canyons were amazing and the guides were knowledgeable. The slot canyon... hikes were advanced and highly technical on two of the hikes. I’m an Intermediate hiker and was able to do 2 of the 4. It would have been helpful for the guides to have some safety equipment with them like ropes. Most of the hotels were good except the La Quinta in Las Vegas was a true one star hotel. All in all, a good trip. Great people on the trip also. I would travel with bucket list again but ask a lot more questions in the more

Egypt trip 2019Truly one of the best trips I've ever had. It was my first time ever doing a solo trip. Himanshu gave... us an itinerary and a list of good traveling tips for Egypt months in advance. He is very organized and responsive so I never had any concerns. Everything was already taken care of. All I had to do was show up. The scenes in Egypt were breathtaking and I saw places that I never thought I'd see. I got to experience floating over the Valley of Kings in a hot air balloon! How many people can say they got to travel via plane, train, bus, hot air balloon, and boat all within one week?! Such an adventure! The people I met in our group were so cool and accommodating, all with their own unique backgrounds and stories. Dancing on the boat with them while sailing up the Nile River is one of my favorite memories. I now have new friends scattered all over the United States. The tour-guides were so friendly and patient despite the fact that our group kept scattering in different directions taking pictures. If you're looking for a fun, stress-free vacation where you get to move around, meet new fun people, and immerse yourself in new cultures, TripNTrek is for you. I'm definitely doing another more

Group adventure traveling done right!!! Amazing trip, amazing people, and with an amazing group leader!!! Our Iceland... Adventure trip was extremely well organized, and any unexpected minor challenges were immediately handled by our group leader. I wouldn't consider myself a "world traveler" so naturally I was a bit nervous about my first time traveling in a group like this, BUT I was super impressed with how it all came together each day during our trip. Our group leader was excellent. He always made sure everyone was included and communication was clear in each one of our adventure activities. It takes a special skill set to accommodate everyone's situation with understanding, patience and a great positive attitude - and our group leader did just that! Trip of a lifetime. I would absolutely recommend this travel company to friends and family, and I am already thinking about what my next trip will be!read more
